The Boardroom: Becoming is a coaching-infused, confidential leadership circle for women who are building or transitioning into something new — a concept, business, leadership path, creative direction, or personal shift. You’ll learn side-by-side with other early builders, share ideas and decisions in real time, and feel supported and seen rather than isolated in your ideas.
You’ll also receive a steady sounding board, coaching-infused programming, insight from experts and professionals, practical tools you can apply right away, and an intimate community invested in your clarity, momentum, and emotional steadiness.
The Boardroom: Blueprint is a coaching-infused, confidential leadership circle designed for women who hold responsibility — not just for their own work, but for teams, clients, operations, finances, community, reputation, culture, and strategic direction. You’ll explore, learn, process, and strategize alongside women who are already leading — building, managing, scaling, or directing ongoing work.
You’ll have the opportunity to gain strategic insight, deepen your identity as a leader, strengthen boundaries that support clarity and well-being, and develop leadership practices rooted in confidence and emotional steadiness.
