A collective of women connected through impactful local events.

What began as a social networking group has evolved into a women's collective focused on fostering community through curated events, partnerships, and shared experiences that create opportunities for women to build relationships, access local resources, and grow.

This evolution reflects not just a change in structure, but a deepened commitment to creating meaningful impact in our community.

Community Isn't Convenient*: A Monthly Happy Hour Series

Community Isn’t Convenient is a campaign and connection series built on one simple belief: meaningful relationships happen when we choose to show up — not when it’s easy.

Starting with monthly happy hours every third Wednesday, this series creates relaxed, intentional spaces to gather, connect, and build community together.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Grace Ganley

Grace Ganley is a Decatur native with a background in business and project management. A natural connector, she’s passionate about bringing people together in impactful ways.

The idea for In Good Company emerged during a season of transition, as Grace returned to Illinois in search of deeper connection, community, and growth—not just for herself, but for the women around her.

She’s focused on identifying real needs and building relationships that matter—through local partnerships, curated experiences, and authentic conversations that lead to lasting impact. She believes that when women are seen, supported, and connected, they can reach their full potential—and that kind of growth benefits everyone.
