Community Isn't Convenient*
Community Isn’t Convenient is a campaign and connection series built on one simple belief: meaningful relationships happen when we choose to show up — not when it’s easy.
Now offering both monthly happy hours and coffee hours, this series creates relaxed, intentional spaces to gather, connect, and build community together.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Grace Ganley
Grace Ganley is a Decatur native with a background in business and project management. A natural connector, she’s passionate about bringing people together in impactful ways.
The idea for In Good Company Collective emerged during a season of transition, as Grace returned to Illinois in search of deeper connection, community, and growth—not just for herself, but for the women around her.
She’s focused on identifying real needs and building relationships that matter—through local partnerships, curated experiences, and authentic conversations that lead to lasting impact. She believes that when women are seen, supported, and connected, they can reach their full potential—and that kind of growth benefits everyone.
